杭州医学院国际学生请假须知

备注：请提前3天（72小时）递交申请表，否则不予通过，后果自行

承担；学期间节假日一般不予办理出国申请。

Note: Please submit the application form 3 days (72 hours) in

advance, otherwise it will not be approved and the consequences will

be borne by yourself;

Generally, applications for going abroad are not processed during

holidays between semesters.

步骤：打开钉钉，点击工作台，输入“杭州医学院国际学生请假申请”，

打开页面，填写基本信息，下载、填写并上传附件，提交审核。

Steps: Open DingTalk, click on the Workbench, enter "杭州医学院

国际学生请假申请" , open the page, fill in the basic information,

download, fill out, and upload the attachment, and then submit for

review.
